The course teaches observation discipline, evidence custody, communication habits, and biological caution. It does not scan your environment, judge whether a sighting is real, or replace human review.
Certification Progress
Upload access is granted when Standard ARCC and Biological Integrity certificates are both saved to your account.
Tell ordinary sky events from evidence worth documenting.
Understand movement, force hierarchy, and observation limits.
Keep sensor notes, timestamps, and custody records usable.
Coordinate with other people without losing the raw record.
Recognize stress, focus drift, and when to step back.
Protect people, animals, sites, and consent boundaries.
Preserve habitat context and avoid extraction-first behavior.

Keep raw photos, video, audio, notes, timestamps, and location context intact. Edit copies only after the original record is secured.
Write down weather, direction faced, duration, nearby aircraft or drones, witness count, and anything that could explain or complicate the event.
Capture each account before group discussion shapes memory. Disagreement is useful evidence, not a failure of the report.
